Cancellations

1. In cases of cancellations, it will be possible for the buyer to make a cancellation on their ordered products before the order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery partner.
2. It is important to understand that cancelling an order after it has been accelerated to transit mode is difficult. This is something which is beyond control by the deliver partner.
3. If there is a cancellation request after the order has reached the transit mode, it is important for the buyer to receive the product and then, they can immediately request for a Return of Product.

Return Policy

1. For returns of product, simply write to us on our email address or our registered phone number.
2. Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.
3. All other orders can be returned up to 7days after the product has been received by the customer for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging after we have confirmed the same on the email with you.
4. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order, it will be deducted from the credit, we apply to your credit card.
5. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons if any, please make your selections carefully.
6. The payment should be made back and reflect to the original payment channel of the order within 10 working days after the order has received back by The Perfume Shop
7. In case of cash on Delivery orders, the buyer will be contacted by the customer service department for their bank details and a bank transfer will be initiated.

Damage/ Defective Claims

1. In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
2. In conditions like these, the perfume shop make sure to keep your experience as smooth as possible by making sure that your ordered product reaches you within stipulated time.

4. Payment will be sent back to the buyers account once the order is received back by The Perfume Shop.
5. In case of cash on Delivery orders, the buyer will be contacted by the customer service department for their bank details and a bank transfer will be initiated.
6. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
• Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
• Serial Number is tampered with.
• Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
• Product is used or altered
• If request is initiated after 7 business days of order received by the customer
• Free product provided by brand

3. The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and The Perfume Shop. Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking “I Accept”. All payments of The Perfume Shop invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the mentioned conditions.
4. You warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or over.
• You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and can and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
• The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
• You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services.
• The information supplied by you is true and correct.

3. The Perfume Shop does not store in any way your credit card details.

Confirmation of Payment

1. If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
2. If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. The Perfume Shop will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
3. If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on the payment page. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of The Perfume Shop services and complete the order.
4. The Perfume Shop will confirm your payment details via email once it is completed and you will get an order confirmation mail.
